My son wanted to see this movie ever since he saw the trailer several months ago.  So when it opened, I caved in and went with him.  Surprisingly, the movie was very entertaining.  It reminded me of Godzilla, the original one and those old monster movies from Japan.  The movie tapped into the kid in me and so despite the fact that the story line wasn’t very witty and the leading lady looked like someone from an Asian horror movie, I was quite amused and didn’t regret paying $16 each for the movie.  Not to mention the fact that my son thought it was the best movie ever!
