I’ve fallen in love with the lyrics of this song the first time I’ve heard it from the show, The Vampire Diaries.  I remember that somebody once told me that sometimes we have to bend the rules in order to be happy.  This song is about facing your fears and taking a risk.  Love is never clear cut, never black and white and if we always go with the flow and follow every rule in the book, chances are we will still end up unhappy.  So take that chance and be brave, tell the person you love how you’ve always wanted him… or her…
